Miss Kudtarkar recently joined the Wall laboratory. Her current work involves extending software functionalities for Roundup and design programming paradigm for parallelizing computation process for Roundup to map all ortholog for every sequenced genome present and future.
Miss. Kudtarkar received Masters in Bioinformatics from Northeastern University and Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering from Mumbai University.
Her research interest include studying biological networks which would provide insight into some of the most intruding processes like signaling pathways, disease biology and cell cycle to name a few. Further more she also likes designing and implementing algorithms for uncharted areas of bioinformatics. In her leisure time she enjoys traveling to exotic destinations, community service and sports.
Our lab is interested in computational approaches to understanding biological function and the genetic basis of diseases. Our work falls into three interrelated aims.
